76cb1d6e42 sdm710-common: Adjust libnfc-nxp.conf for Grus & Pyxis 
With current NFC configuration the payments using GooglePay is
not functional.
This follow-up commit adjust libnfc-nxp.conf file for Grus and
Pyxis.

Tested: On Pyxis by successful payment using GooglePay

cef3b175d4 sdm710-common: Update NFC config files 
With current NFC configuration the payments using GooglePay is
not functional.

* Add missing android.hardware.nfc.hcef.xml
* Add libnfc-nci.conf borrowed from dipper
* Replace libnfc-nxp.conf by one from dipper
  (adjustedment for Grus and Pyxis are covered by next commit)

Tested: Successful payment using GooglePay

48943bc614 Revert "sdm710-common: Split RF configs from the main NFC config" 
We are using AOSP stack so libnfc-nxp_RF.conf is inappropriate.

This reverts commit b5affc765c.

b5affc765c sdm710-common: Split RF configs from the main NFC config 
This is now expected with the Q NXP NFC halimp.
