Michael Bestas 489a1fcdad sm6150-common: Use AOSP default Codec2/OMX ranks 
debug.stagefright.ccodec=4
is the default value in frameworks.

debug.stagefright.omx_default_rank=0
was used to rank OMX SW codecs lower than OMX HW codecs
but we have removed all OMX SW codecs now.
