Squash of:
* Add script to update sha1sums of kanged blobs
* Handle moved blobs in update-sha1sums.py script
* Add unpinning support to update-sha1sums.py script
* Format update-sha1sums.py with yapf
* Better handle line breaks
* Handle line with opts
