ARM: dts: msm: Update pre-emphasis and HS disconnect threshold value

Some of high speed USB devices are not able to enumerate with Kalama QRD.
Fix those enumeration issue with updating pre-emphasis and HS disconnnect
threshold with eUSB2 repeater on Kalama QRD.
