ARM: dts: qcom: add stub regulator devices for sdxpinn
Add stub regulator devices for the SMPS and LDO regulators found on the PMIC chips which are used on sdxpinn boards. This ensures that consumers can use the regulators successfully. Change-Id: Iecbd5d82bbce98351082d76f2af22b1d14b4f63e
