ARM: dts: msm: Add UFS Vccq overshoot workaround for kalama

Add qcom,vccq-lpm-uV to define Vccq voltage during the LDO's LPM mode.
Upon resuming to NPM mode, the Vccq voltage will be restored to 1.2V.
