ARM: dts: qcom: update RPMh regulator S2G max voltage for Kalama

Browse Source 
Increase the maximum allowed voltage for PMIC PM_V6 SMPS 2 (S2G)
to 1036 mV.  This aligns the limit with that imposed by boot
loaders and allows WLAN hardware to be supplied with a higher
voltage when needed.
