ARM: dts: qcom: expand L1G regulator allowed voltage range for Kalama

Browse Source 
Change the allowed voltage range for the PMIC V6G LDO 1 regulator
(L1G) from [1200, 1200] mV to [1144, 1256] mV.  This matches as
closely as possible the UFS VCCQ supply supported range.
