Update the documentation for the qcom,iommu-pagetable property to
reflect that clients should not use the LLC or LLC_NWA configurations
when the IOMMU device they are upstream of is io-coherent.

Halting the QTB to perform ECATS on the PCIe QTB may result in deadlocks
due to the timing constraints of PCIe transactions. Thus, opt the PCIe
QTB out of being able to have ECATS performed on it for Kalama.

This change adds below USB resource related configuration on Kalama.
1. USB PDC interrupts for coming out of different system low power mode
2. USB data role mode for USB host mode and device mode
3. Update qcom,core-clk-rate-disconnected for allowing lower VDD profile
4. eUSB2 PHY refclk for supplying reference clk.

Currently, the debug base address is defined under the reg property.
This would be confusing if multiple addresses are specified under reg
property to support more ADC channels. Separate debug base into its own
property.

Add eUSB2 PHY and repeater related configuration for USB2
functionality on Kalama.
This change also disables USB eUSB2 PHY and USB QMP DP PHY with
Kalama RUMI as those PHYs are not available on this platform variant.

Add usb-repeater with eUSB2 repeater phandle (mandatory) for allowing
eUSB2 PHY driver to call into eUSB2 repeater driver related interfaces
for reset, init and updating its configuration.
Add dummy-supply with eUSB2 repeater phandle (optional) for enforcing
probe ordering between eUSB2 repeater driver and eUSB2 PHY driver.

Add bindings information for userspace cooling device. This cooling device
