8801e6652c ARM: dts: msm: dt-bindings: Add modem ddr bus scaling interconnect 
This change adds the modem interconnect for ddr bus scalingon kalama soc.
This is used during shutdown and ramdump collection, to ensure that the
SSR dump encryption and collection completes quickly.

53167f579a ARM: dts: msm: Add USB port select GPIO configuration on Kalama 
USB SS PHY needs to update CC direction based on port select value.
GPIO 48 is required to use into USB function mode for USB port select.
Hence add GPIO 48 pinctrl configuration and add phandler with USB SS
PHY devicetree node.

3effd7b69c ARM: dts: msm: config lpicc tpdm as dummy source 
Config lpicc tpdm as dummy source since QDSS_DDRSS_LPI is expected
to be managed by ADSP. The only requirement on HLOS for this would
be to provide a dummy source node for this TPDM. Therefore, the
funnel is used by this TPDM should be configured as static as well.

The patch adds pm8xxx rtc device to support rtc
driver for kalama. The rtc driver supports using the
PMIC RTC peripheral to wake a device up from suspend
or to wake it up from power-off.
