Currently i2c hub core-clk entry reading from upstream qup
common node, upstream supports only m-ahb and s-ahb clocks.
So core-clk dt entry moved to individual i2c hub nodes.

gpu_cc_cx_gdsc is hw-ctrl-addr status polled and hw-ctrl-addr
register PWR_UP/DOWN status bit does not match.
Hence remove cfg-gdscr property and poll for GDS_HW_CTRL PWR_ON
status for gpu_cc_cx_gdsc as earlier.

Add download-mode node to sm8150 DT for dump support.
Add TCSR_BOOT_MISC register address in scm node,
it is used by SMC call enabling download mode.

Enable qcom,support-cfg-gdscr property for all gdscs which polls
for gdscs power up/down status instead of PWR_ON status in gdscr
register.

Enable different pmic alarm thermal zone mitigation for kalama.
It monitors pmic 1st stage alarm and enable mitigation for GPU,
NSP, modem etc.

Add stub interconnect devices for aggre1_noc, aggre2_noc,
camnoc_virt, compute_noc, config_noc, dc_noc, gem_noc,
ipa_virt, mc_virt, mmss_noc, system_noc, gem_noc_display,
mc_virt_display, mmss_noc_display. This will allow consumers
to get their path and set bandwidth constraints on them.
And add bcm voter devices that live under RSC devices
to allow interconnect providers to target their votes
for meeting bandwidth constraints.
