Praveen koya 8e5313f82c ARM: dts: qcom: use qupv3_se4_spi label to enable aon spi 
Move the aon-spi dt node out of soc and use qupv3_se4_spi label
to enable aon-spi dt node.

Set slatecom SPI speed as 40MHz.
