ARM: dts: msm: Add support for continuous splash screen

Browse Source 
Define the smr register indexes which are programmed by the bootloaders
for the display usecase. These registers need to be preserved across
arm_smmu_device_reset() in order for continuous splash screen feature
to function properly.
