dt-bindings: usb: msm-ssusb: Remove qcom,reset-ep-after-lpm-resume property

Browse Source 
The DWC3 MSM driver no longer needs support for resetting the IPA
pipe on resume for BAM2BAM endpoints.  Remove the property from the DT
binding.
