ARM: dts: msm: add subsystem restart (SSR) for PMIC Glink on Lahaina

Browse Source 
Add "qcom,subsys-name" to PMIC Glink device so that it can handle
SSR notifications and pass the state transitions to its clients
on Lahaina platforms.
