ARM: dts: qcom: specify thermal mitigation levels for ravelin

Browse Source 
Add charger thermal mitigation levels for ravelin IDP,QRD and
ATP , so that thermal SW can set CHARGE_CONTROL_LIMIT property
in battery power supply for thermal mitigation.
