ARM: dts: qcom: Skip wireless supply registration for Parrot

Browse Source 
Specify "qcom,wireless-charging-not-supported" for parrot
boards as they don't support wireless charging.
Thus, wireless power supply won't be registered and
reading the properties under it won't be attempted.
