Add bwprofiler nodes to anorak. The nodes include
3 bwmons, bwprof_0, bwprof_1, bpwrof_2, with each
responsible for measuring total, CPU, and GPU bandwidth
respectively.

On some PMICs, the PON log is split between multiple NVMEM devices
to allow for more entries. Define bindings so that multiple NVMEM
devices can be specified to support this situation.

These changes enable IPCLite communication protocol and
