ARM: dts: msm: Update vdd voltage on QMP phy to 0.88V on Neo
...
Currently the vdd voltage on QMP Phy is set to 0.912V for Neo. But
for Neo (4FF target), it is required to be 0.88V. Update the vdd
value to 0.88V accordingly.

SMPS2A is used to power GFX rail on Luna v2. Change its node
back from VRM to ARC. Add back pm8150-s8-gfx-voter-level resource
node and parent-supply property for gpu_cc_gx_gdsc clocks node.
In addition, include pm8008 config file for Luna v2.
