edbd591af7 ARM: dts: msm: Increase DPU max clock rate for parrot target 
In high-resolution panels with higher fps, UEFI will
dynamically calculate the MDP clock and set it to the hardware.
During bootup, if the kernel sets a lower value, a blank
screen may be observed during continuous splash transition.
This change updates the clock rate to a maximum value of 608MHz
on the Parrot target.

03cdf27805 ARM: dts: msm: fix display rotation issue for foreseer qxr 
When the Seeya 049 panel is assembled on the foreseer device with
OE, left display need v mirror and right display need h mirror, we
need to do some transformations to make the panels display normal.
