2b98fb18b2 ARM: dts: msm: Correct PINCTRL function name for SE9 instance 
This change corrects pinctrl function name for gpio12 and gpio13 of
the spi9 instance.

Also change sleep config drive strength to non zero, as keeping it
as Zero value causes pinctrl driver failure with error log
"Error applying setting, reverse things back".

33a3210ff1 ARM: dts: msm: Add UCSI connector to USB port on Parrot 
Add graph nodes representing the USB connector and its remote
endpoints to the UCSI device and the USB controller respectively.
Add 'usb-role-switch' properties to the DWC3 devices and update
its dual-role mode to 'otg'.
This is in order to describe a connection between the pmic_glink
and the DWC3 device to allow the former to notify the USB controller
when to start up in USB host or peripheral mode.

99debc76ef ARM: dts: msm: Specify ddr bandwidth for neo GMU scaling 
This is the lowest ddr bandwidth that puts CX at a corner
high enough such that GMU can run at 550 Mhz. This is to
get better GMU performance at no extra power cost.
