Pinctrl driver enables Top Level Mode Multiplexer block(TLMM)
on Ravelin VM. TLMM VM irqchip acts as parent interrupt controller
for TLMM on VM.

Some endpoints like NVMe D3cold transition is prohibited as it
decreases the life time of the device (D3 cold is treated as power
cycle). So turning off the link during S3 can reduce life span of the NVMe.
For those endpoints adding a flag to inform the driver that APSS based
sleep is supported. The PCIe driver will keep the link in L1ss and turn
off PCIe resources if this flag is set.

Add an optional property "qcom,disable-mode" for LDOs which gets
set when they get disabled and removed when they are re-enabled, to
avoid unexpected high power consumption when they are disabled and
the mode gets set from another subsystem.

This change adds documentation for the GPU memory pool property
"qcom,mempool-max-pages" which can be specified for each pool.
This property provides an option to limit number of pages that
can be pooled in a given pool.
