b3ebb05955 ARM: dts: msm: update topology and dsc config for foreseer qxr 
Move to 4 layer mixers and dsc encoders to make MDP clock operating
at low SVS, also update dsc slice width to 960 to match with new
panel init code.

7310643f61 ARM: dts: msm: remove hardcoded clock of vtdr6130 for Ravelin RCM 
Remove the hardcoded panel clockrate from all the timings of the
vtdr6130 120Hz command mode panel from the Ravelin RCM platform.

The clock was hardcoded to match with the panel DDIC to fix
panel corruption issue when switching to lower fps.

3dc49818d2 bindings: Documentation: update documentation for bl ctrl dcs subtype

Current VFP value is not enough to read panel register for ESD check.
So increase VFP to 56 and update TCOM settings to avoid panel flicker
