Mahesh Kumar Sharma 16b9207ef1 ARM: dts: msm: Fix FM chip ON issue 
On Lahaina, 2.8v VDD supply is needed alongwith 1.8v VIO supply
to boot FM richwave chip.
As per schematics, L7E provides 2.8v supply from MSM PMIC, vote for
L7E to resolve the issue.
