David Collins 4fe46b5aa7 dt-bindings: soc: qcom: pmic-pon-log: define fault panic shutdown property 
Document the qcom,pmic-fault-panic property which is used to
indicate that the device should trigger a controlled panic
shutdown if the preceding restart was caused by a PMIC fault.
