Mukesh Kumar Savaliya 88d9192394 ARM: dts: msm: Rectify i3c pinctrl config during sleep state 
Change pinctrl config function to ibi state for i3c. This is aligns
to the previous targets and works fine for all transfers post suspend.

If configured as gpio in sleep state, transfer fails for the next time
after suspend as lines are not drivable that time.
