Jaskaran Singh e9717f1cb1 ARM: dts: msm: Add handoff SMRs for neo SMMU ...

The display SID needs to be programmed particularly for the SMMU. Add
qcom,handoff-smrs to indicate the display SID. This is required for display
splash region creation.
