Night Mode Indicator

Browse Source 
- adds a night mode indicator API for Camera2
- auto generated files

Flag: com.android.internal.camera.flags.night_mode_indicator
Test: atest -c -d cts/tests/camera/src/android/hardware/camera2/cts/CameraExtensionSessionTest.java
