Baranidharan Muthukumaran 3f127ca4d1 Fix KM VTS tests for Strongbox implementations ...

Modify RSA keysize used in various tests
to ensure both TEE and Strongbox implementations
can be validated.
Skip invalid keysizes that Strongbox does not
support.
