Janis Danisevskis 6bb888fecf Keymint/secureclock: Add Rust derives to some of the types. 
This adds rust derive stanzas to TimeStamp, TimeStampToken, and
HardwareAuthToken.

Also removes an unused import from IKeyMintDevice.

Test: Compiles.
