Nathan Harold 6df3d8eb63 Fix Copy+Paste Errors in TdscdmaSignalStrength ...

When copying over from WcdmaSignalStrength, the
ranges and references were wrong. Sadly they
were carried over. Fixing before this gets
out of hand.
