Mikhail Naganov b5647da1ad audio: Add IBluetoothLe 
Similar to IBluetooth and IBluetoothA2dp interfaces,
IBluetoothLe controls the LE profile. This interface
replaces the following string parameter:

"LeAudioSuspended"
