Etan Cohen c7bd0f718c [AWARE] Add NDP channel info to HAL 1.2 ...

Enhance HAL 1.2 to include NDP channel info:
- NDP confirmation message update
- New event (indication) on NDP channel change

Results in a new event callback registration API.
