Mikhail Naganov 111e0ceab5 audio: Add support for compressed offload 
- Add compressed offload mix port into default implementation.
- Require AudioOffloadInfo to be passed to IModule.openOutputStream
  for compressed offload port configs.
- Update VTS to handle compressed offload.
