018a22881c ARM: dts: msm: Change for CB mapping and common iommu mapping 
Change for Context Bank sharing with ECPRI and common node for

1ffc0452c7 ARM: dts: msm: Add debugcc clock phandles for kalama 
To prevent race conditions with the framework lists when reading the
clk_measure files, the debugcc device will cache its parents during init
by calling clk_hw_get_parent_by_index() for all of them. This requires
debugcc to probe after all its parents. Add clock phandles for them so
debugcc doesn't probe until after its suppliers.

0d3f20898a ARM: dts: msm: Reduce SHMBridge size from 2MB to 256KB on kalama-vm 
SHMBridge in QTVM is needed for TI setup, which only
requires few bytes for the key exchange data and hence
2MB is not required.

cfd9f2c972 ARM: dts: msm: Add max banks entry for cinder RU 
Cinder RU devices report having 8 banks but only have 4
so cap the number of banks at 4 for RU devices.

88cb70b460 ARM: dts: msm: Enable memmap_on_memory for Kalama TUIVM 
CONFIG_MEMMAP_ON_MEMORY changes the behavior of memory hotplug to allocate
the struct pages array (also known as memmap) from the hotpluged memory.

Without this feature, memmap is allocated with GFP_KERNEL, which may
increase memory pressure on those zones.
