Add “/soc/ dsi_pll_codes” node at the very beginning of “/soc”
node since device tree blob is a flatted blob, it needed to go

seen when bias is disabled. This does not have adverse impact

This change configures SPI GPIOs to bias-pull-down from the bias-disable
as per the IPCAT configuration and power team's recommendations.
Seems there is some power leakage with existing configuration, this
change helps resolving power leakage issue.
