8cbb26ee8f ARM: dts: msm: Re-define the usage for S2A regulator on neo platforms 
S2A is used as a ARC regulator for GFX on the neo platform and as
a VRM for WLAN on neo_la. Re-define S2 in these platform files as
required. Also remove pm8150-s8-gfx-voter-level resource node and
parent-supply property from gpu_cc_gx_gdsc clocks node as GFX is
not required on neo_la.

while at it also fix S4A node name from pmxr1230 -> pm8150.

5fedec2d2f ARM: dts: msm: Add eUSB2 repeater reset GPIO configuration on Neo 
eUSB2 repeater is brought out of reset with MSM GPIO 99. This change
adds MSM GPIO 99 configuration for using this GPIO.

Add usb-repeater node to eUSB2 PHY for Neo.

4c5b5627fe ARM: dts: msm: Add pin configuration for USB3 PHY portselect on Neo 
TLMM pin 100 is used to notify USB3/DP Combo PHY about the
orientation in which PTN5150 detected the USB type-C connection.
Select this pinctrl from the usb_qmp_dp_phy device and ensure
it is selecting the "usb0_phy_ps" pin function for Neo.
