3bdbd00de5 ARM: dts: msm: Update regulators L6B and L10C for diwali 
Add ACTIVE_ONLY and SLEEP_ONLY nodes for LDO6B and LDO10C regulators
as per the thermal client's requirement to vote for ACTIVE and
SLEEP votes.

While at it also update min and max voltage value for L6C to 1.65 and
3.05V for diwali to match the latest hardware guidelines.
