79cc0e033b ARM: dts: msm: Move llcc perfmon as child node of llcc 
LLCC perfmon clocks property is blocking llcc driver to be
probed as first stage module. So change the llcc perfmon driver
such that llcc driver can be probed without QDSS clocks requirement.

a5b22cd1c2 ARM: dts: msm: Update BCL Ibat configuration for Waipio 
Update BCL Ibat level 0 default threshold to 7A. Increase the lvl0 and
lvl1 thresholds to 9A and 9.5A for Waipio QRD.

Also re-arrange the BCL level mitigation order to mitigate modem first,
CDSP second and rest after that.

9336011ba2 ARM: dts: msm: Add address-cell & size-cell property on Diwali 
Add address and size cell property for USB node on Diwali.
This is necessary to depict how the child device nodes
should be addressed.
There are not inherited from the ancestors in the devicetree
therefore need explicit definition.
