Add a new regulator subnode to the VDD_MXC rpmh-regulator device
which has VDD_GFX as its parent supply. This new regulator will
be used by the GPU_CC GX GDSC device to ensure that both VDD_GFX
and VDD_MXC are enabled before performing GDSC operations.
This GDSC itself only requires VDD_GFX to be enabled; however,
the GDSC performs a handshake during enablement with several clocks
which require VDD_MXC to be enabled. Using the new VDD_MXC
regulator in place of VDD_GFX as the GDSC parent supply ensures
that both the direct and indirect requirements are met.

Once moving to the upstream XHCI driver, the iommu property should be
present within the DWC3 child node, as xhci-plat will not reference
the correct sysdev if not present. Without this move, the device will
generate a SMMU fault when enabling host mode.

Enable qcom,same-dt-multi-dev for WLAN in Waipio to indicate multiple
WLAN devices can be supported. These WLAN devices have to share the
same DT node under current configuration.

Increase the maximum RFA1 supply voltage allowed by WLAN and BT
devices from 1900 mV to 2100 mV. Characterization has shown that
it is safe to operate QCA6490 with its RFA1 supply set to 2100 mV.
Increasing this max voltage ensures that the PM8350C SMPS 1 (S1C)
regulator which supplies RFA1 can be successfully configured to
output up to its maximum voltage limit of 2024 mV. This is needed
for camera supply regulator L3J which requires 224 mV of headroom
voltage above its output voltage of 1800 mV (i.e. 2024 mV total)
from its parent regulator S1C.
