Remove all votes from HLOS except CX after booting up kiwi device
so that WLAN PDC can take over these LDOs for power save.

f9a370d20a ARM: dts: qcom: Remove unused qmi sensors from waipio devicetree 
Remove qmi sensors which are no more exposed from
modem thermal SW.This change will be applied to waipio,
diwali and cape targets, as modem devicetree file is
common for these targets.

256e441e0a ARM: dts: msm: Add UCSI connector to USB port on Cape 
Add graph nodes representing the USB connector and its remote
endpoints to the UCSI device and the USB controller respectively.
Add 'usb-role-switch' properties to the DWC3 devices.

This is in order to describe a connection between the pmic_glink
and the DWC3 device to allow the former to notify the USB controller
when to start up in USB host or peripheral mode.

546981d265 ARM: dts: msm: Add eUSB2 repeater reset GPIO configuration on Cape 
eUSB2 repeater is brought out of reset with PMIC GPIO 7. This change
adds PMIC GPIO 7 configuration for using this GPIO.

Also add PMIC GPIO 7 specific interrupt property which allows to
receive related interrupt.
