Yu-Han Yang dcf3c519fc Minor fixes on VTS tests 
- call startSvStatus()/startNmea() before calling start(). This will
  avoid missing the first SvStatus
- in TestGnssSvInfoFieldsTest, avoid calling list::back() if the list is
  empty.
