Update the Qualcomm Technologies, INC. PMIC GPIO binding documentation
to include compatible strings for the anorak PMICs.
Anorak PMICs include PMXR2230, PM8550B, PM8550VE, PM8550VS, and
PMK8550.
In addition, include compatible strings for PM8550 and PMR735D.

Add initial set of DCVS device nodes for anorak. This
includes the QCOM DCVS devices and fast path, PMU device
nodes, memlat device nodes and mapping tables, bwmon
and rimps device nodes.

Add rpmh-regulator device nodes for the PMICs on anorak
to ensure that consumers are able to modify the physical
state of these PMIC regulators.

Currently, the debug base address is defined under the reg property.
This would be confusing if multiple addresses are specified under reg
property to support more ADC channels. Separate debug base into its own
property.

PMIC5 GEN3 ADC has support for clients to read voltage and
current on supported channels connected to the PMIC.
Clients include reading voltage phone power and on board system
thermistors for thermal management. ADCs on certain PMICs have
support to read battery current.

On some PMICs, the PON log is split between multiple NVMEM devices
to allow for more entries. Define bindings so that multiple NVMEM
devices can be specified to support this situation.

Update anorak stub regulators based on updates in PGA
document. In addition, update the LDOE regulators used
by some clients to correct ones based on updated PGA,
as LDOE regulators have been removed.
