ARM: dts: qcom: move regulator-ocp-notifier supply properties for Kalama
...
Move the regulator-ocp-notifier device node's regulator supply
properties out of kalama-pmic-overlay.dtsi and into the platform-
specific files: kalama-cdp.dtsi, kalama-mtp.dtsi, and kalama-qrd.dtsi.
This avoids problems when kalama-pmic-overlay.dtsi is included on
boards that do not have the full set of PMICs present. In that
case the regulator-ocp-notifier device may never be initialized
because some of the supplies that it depends on are not present.

Add hotplug mitigation along with cpu pause mitigation for all
CPU TSENS thermal zones for emergency mitigation for kalama so that
it avoids bringing up cpu core for cases those ignores paused cpus.
Update cdsp cooling device name as well for kalama.
