77a9259eca dt-bindings: Cleanup ARM SMMU TBU bindings 
Remove the documentation about the status register for TBUs, as it
is no longer needed, and denote the qcom,opt-out-tbu-halting property

6bbb1cb3d9 ARM: dts: msm: Change sleep_clk frequency to 32000 
The sleep_clk frequency isn't exactly 32000 and is instead either
32764.5 or 32768 depending on the board configuration. But other clock
devices expect a generic, rounded rate of 32000. Exceeding this rate
will cause errors enabling and setting rate of these clocks. So change
the frequency to 32000 since having a precise frequency here isn't
important.

352171d7ea ARM: dts: msm: Change rpmhcc to a fixed-clock for Waipio 
Child clocks of rpmhcc rely on RPMH_CXO_CLK having a frequency of
19.2MHz. The qcom,dummycc driver doesn't provide the ability to list a
frequency. Change rpmhcc to a fixed-clock so we can define a default
frequency. This frequency doesn't align to all clocks rpmhcc supports,
but everything at this early stage only relies on XO.
