ff3fdbcdab ARM: dts: msm: use TLMM to reference trusted touch GPIOs on Waipio 
Use TLMM gpio pin numbers to lookup the base address offsets of
the GPIO pins used for touch input. This involves adding to the
list of valid GPIOs for TLMM, adding these pins to the list of
IO memory ranges shared between VMs, and converting the hard-
coded offsets to TLMM GPIO references for touch. This change
also adds the missing max-touch-number for MTP and CDP
platforms.

Set stdout-path so earlycon can be enabled from a SoC-agnostic boot
image. From Documentation/admin-guide/kernel-parameters.txt:

  When used with no options, the early console is
  determined by stdout-path property in device tree's
  chosen node or the ACPI SPCR table if supported by
  the platform.

c2722657bd ARM: dts: msm: Set PM QOS setting for Waipio 
The cpuidle-pcsi driver defines the WFI state w/ an exit latency of
1.  Vote the proper value to ensure that we are held in WFI state
during high bandwidth cases.
