f5b5d60972 ARM: dts: qcom: Add property in hyp_core_ctl for parrot 
Update hyp_core_ctl to find and use best CPUs to work for guest VM. This
is particularly useful in scenarios when say statically defined CPUs may
be unavailable.

530c838c5d Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Enable spm level 5 for ufs" 
This reverts commit 88a5057356.

This change leading to stability issue where rpmb reads are failing.
To mitigate, huge design change is required which is not feasible at
this stage. Hence reverting this change.

Moreover going forward, we need to follow spm-lvl = 3 only, as per
upstream recommendation, also this is inline with PT targets as it
helps reduce resume latency.

ba786d18ea ARM: dts: qcom: Set vcpu affinity map to cpu0 
Update vcpu affinity map to cpu0. This can make sure vcpu bootup
successfully in scenarios when say some of the CPUs may not be
available.

7316de0e58 ARM: dts: msm: Add need_special_up_threshold property for neo 
On neo due to slow eMMC part load percentage is going above 35% leading
to scale up and NOM corener and power team reported some power
concerns.

Enable this device tree property to set scale up threshold to 75 for
slower eMMC targets.

7365206ccd ARM: dts: msm: Update dll_usr_ctrl similar to other target 
SDHCI timeout waiting for HW interrupt has been observed with the following
dll_usr_ctrl settings -> 0x090106C0

By updating dll_usr_ctrl to 0x2c010800 issue not seen.

663dd9f81e ARM: dts: qcom: Disable usb3 susphy quirk for Neo 
In view of issues observed on Gen-1 targets where letting the PIPECTL
SUSPHY bit stay set during controller initialization causing the HW
to access 0th address after setting run_stop bit, add disable u3
susphy quirk to ensure this bit is not set during dwc3 probe.
