3bf5b53011 ARM: dts: qcom: update RPMh regulator S2G max voltage for Kalama 
Increase the maximum allowed voltage for PMIC PM_V6 SMPS 2 (S2G)
to 1036 mV.  This aligns the limit with that imposed by boot
loaders and allows WLAN hardware to be supplied with a higher
voltage when needed.

2ed44bdb10 ARM: dts: msm: Add gpio as fixed regulator to power on NVMe 
Add NVMe power enable GPIO as the fixed regulator.
The M.2 connector power is enabled through the GPIO only.
So adding the gpio as fixed regulator for powering it on.

Enable dt property for enumerating NVMe at probe itself.

Add qcom,vccq-lpm-uV to define Vccq voltage during the LDO's LPM mode.
Upon resuming to NPM mode, the Vccq voltage will be restored to 1.2V.
