Cinder has no PMI, so we are using usb-conn-gpio driver to detect the
USB role based on the states of Vbus & Vid GPIO pins. Also added nodes
for Vbus, Vid, Vbus-out pins. Added usb-role-switch property usb0,
so that dwc3-msm driver can register for role switch. Port nodes
were added to latch usb-conn-gpio and dwc3-msm drivers together.

Reduced minimum required swiotlb memory for two virtio disks
of TUIVM and utilize it for TUIVM memory.
1MB taken from TUIVM's virtio shared memory (from swiotlb region)
has been added to TUIVM's memory.

Add usb_ddr, ddr_usb interconnects and dp, dm, ss_phy_irq
interrupts on cinder. Also set the dr_mode property to otg.
Added pm-qos and disconnected-clk-rate properties. Removed
some unused properties which isnt supported anymore.

In case, Resource voting like clock/interconnect/pinctrl etc
are not supported by LE VM, we can rely on LA enabled resources.
But Upstream qup common driver is trying to read qup AHB clocks
because of that probe failure is happening. To prevent this issue,
Clock team has added dummy clocks and we added AHB clock entries
in qup common node.
